I hate to leave a negative but I dont think there was anything positive from this transaction. I emailed first to ensure they had the pul fabric ready to ship, and that it could be mailed asap, due to a huge craft fair I had coming up, they ensured me it would be mailed the day after I purchased it. Great, perfect, I will get it just in time I thought. A week later I emailed wondering if they had a tracking number, didnt receive a response. Instead I was alerted through paypal that they had paid for shipping that day, now 8 days later and 2 days before my huge craft fair. I contacted again asking for it to be mailed overnight instead, as I really needed it ( figuring if I received it the next day I could work super hard to get some items made for the fair) still no response. Finally after waiting even more I received a lackluster response just telling me they were sorry and they already shipped it. By this time I had ordered more of the same fabric and had it rush shipped to me, so I can atleast have some items for the craft fair this upcoming weekend. Overall a really crummy experience, and like I said I hate to leave negative feedback, but it is necessary in this situation. It really put me in a bad position and I am now out money that I could have made at last Saturdays fair on these items. I dont plan to do business in the future, and I hope they learned to stand by a promise of shipping immediately. |
