I had been searching and searching for a unique gift for one of my best friend's wedding. I wanted to get her something different and personalized. She had a gorgeous gown, and I thought that a custom portrait of her gown would be the perfect gift! I contacted Kelly with Cance via email and asked if she could contact me via phone because I was apprehensive about buying a custom piece...especially from someone on the other side of the country. However, Kelly exceeded ALL of my expectations. She was quick and detailed in all communications, updating me along the process of creating the piece. I made sure to send her as many detailed photos as possible so she could have a perfect idea of the dress. She nailed it 100% (see attached photo of the actual gown)!! She was able to help me understand the buying process on Etsy and using paypal. (It was my 1st purchase on Etsy and hadn't used paypal in years!) I am so pleased with the final product...it turned out even better than I could have imagined! The bride loved it and has added it to her wedding album! Thanks so much, Kelly!
