More commercial products on etsy?

What is happening?? there seem to be more and more comeercially produced items posted on etsy now!! And more shops go 'unnoticed' by alot of etisans, buyers and even etsy admin!!

Gosh, I don't know but I have been hearing this alot latley in the forums. I guess it would be hard to keep an eye on all the new shops.

When you find shops with commercial items (that are tagged as handmade), report them to etsy. Commercial supply items are allowed.

Reporting is about all that you can do at this time--other than being sure not to buy from them.

I'm noticing a lot more of this too. Perhaps it's the added exposure about Etsy on shows like Martha Stewart and Good Morning America. More and more people are becoming aware of Etsy, I guess they're just totally ignoring the fact that what they sell are not welcome here.
