Our brand new CTO (Chief Technology Officer), Chad Dickerson has just published an article in the Storque about the ups and downs of his first ten days at Etsy. Chad speaks frankly and sincerely about the challenges and opportunities he's facing already as the technology lead of Etsy.com.
I highly encourage you to read Chad's insightful article in its entirety (it's lengthy, but a good read, I assure you).
