Etsy should have a zero-tolerance policy towards sellers who convo other members attacking their religion, sexuality, race, etc.

These people do not deserve a second chance. You cannot accidentally hit the contact button, type out something hateful, and press send. It's deliberate and despicable.

Etsy, please shut down members who behave in this manner. Thank you.

I absolutely agree. I do wonder though if being banned would only spark more hateful emails towards the sellers under a sock puppet account.

Adoration, you're probably right. But I still think it's appropriate to delete their accounts. Not doing so sends the message Etsy tolerates such things.

Especially when you do it to three people...including one 15yo girl!
Just because someone is a power seller that does not give them the right to harass everyone else.

I mean, a person sending that kind of email isn't thinking they are doing the person a favour, or being helpful. They know they are being 100% rude and yet they take the time to type it out, and click send. They are fully aware of what they are doing and deserve no second chance.
