Come and discuss techniques, tips, products, ask questions and chat with other Etsy artists. Generally, there will be a member of the Melange artists street team to answer any questions. Since our artists actually work in lots of different mediums and most are full time professionals, there is lots of good information to be gleaned here.

I have access to a spiral binder at the store I teach in. They have told me I can use it for just the cost of the binding. So, here is what I will do. If you want to participate in creating a book that will become like a card for Sam, this is what to do.
Create whatever you want to do on whatever paper you want to use (I think the variety will look cool). Use paper that is 6 1/2 " wide and 6" high. When you have it ready, convo me for my mailing address. Please send $1 with your page. The $ will help me pay for the binding and the shipping.
I will be away next weekend. So, I'm setting the deadline for *RECEIPT* for next Saturday, Oct. 31. Then I will get it bound and mailed on Monday.
This is a good way to send a group hug. Thanks Maureen for the idea.
I will really truly keep this deadline. So, if you want to participate, get busy. : )

I'm looking forward to immersing back into encaustic again after a 20 year hiatus. It has the same shimmery appeal to me as does working with silk in the fabric realm. |
