what feedback do you give to a buyer who returns item, seller refunds because she is a fair business person, yet feedback will remain for buyer to post whatever she wants to.
Oh and what about OOAK and vintage items?
Well the sale stays on the books, yet it is actually back in your inventory so you want to be able to relist right?

You issue a refund, and do not get your item back, yet the sale ###'s stay the same, yet you have no $$$ for that sale, well actually you have lost money cuz now our venue has taken our fees... so that sale represents something that "COST" you ... then the buyer could leave negative because you did not REFUND them fast enough...
