it doesnt fit in with the rest of your items and seems something that anyone could do for themselves using various programmes available on the net

as for your shop generally, your photos need improving --they are dark and it is difficult to see what you are selling in most of them

you have also mis-spelled "certain" in your opening announcement

I am a realtor and, from my experience, you are asking for a buyer to do quite a bit of work - measure and then sketch the layout. They are already pretty overwhelmed with lists of things their realtor has given them to do to get the house ready to sell. It's a neat idea, but I don't know if you'd get a lot of sellers willing to do it. You might try marketing it to realtors in some way. They often do the measuring and sketching of the homes. They could include it in their flyers, pamphlets and take-away booklets they leave in the homes for the buyers.

This item doesn't fit in with the rest of your store. It's not funkey!

FunkeyJunk, I beg to differ from the posters above me. I think this is quite interesting...yet I'm not exactly sure what it is. Could you be a little more descriptive?

Is this a card you hand out? Or is it dimensional? I'm a bit confused. Work on describing it so that someone could understand better what it IS.

I recall moving and taking measurements to see what would fit where and if certain things I owned would fit. But Vintagerunway is right, it would be up to the buyer to take measurements and then have you put it together. It's quite time consuming. I'd leave it and see what happens. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I don't think it belongs in your shop. I see your front page filled with jewelry and then there's this computerized image thing of a floor plan? It just seems out of place.
