I made a purchase at Babydragonslair and the items have not been shipped. It has been more than 3 weeks and when I went to check the status I noticed the store is closed. This seller had a message saying that he was really busy and shipments will be delay when I made the purchase, due to the holidays (Halloween). I am really concern about not being able to do anything about it or getting my money back. I already e-mail abuse@etsy and proceed thru paypal.

I would like to know if there are any other buyers like me, who are still waiting to receive merchandise from this store.

If this is an etsy store then your calling out. Your already doing the right thing so I think you just need to be patient and wait for replys to your emails

Yes, I did everything I am supposed to do by reporting it but I am wondering if the seller already closed his account how would this work? He closed his store an account.

Hello there,

I'm so sorry to hear about this. You did the right thing by emailing abuse [!at] etsy.com. They may advise you to use the seller's email address that is provided on the invoice (you can find this by going to Your Etsy > Purchases) to check on the status of the order. They also may advice you to file a claim with PayPal if this is unsuccessful (you have 45 days I believe to file the claim).

I'm going to close this thread because we can't discuss specific transactions in the forums.
