i didnt say anything bad to admin, so no need to apologize. and everyone was a bit more civil the first time they did that. when they turn around and do it again, its understandable that it may get a little hot |

Actually, the fact that they listened to the complaints really restores my faith in Etsy..criticism is how things get accomplished though, so I also admire the people who were willing to be so vocal to get the change made... |
