LisaJune, my feedback has not been taken care of. It has still not been restored to 100%. Furthermore, I have 414 items listed yet, my shop is showing that I have one item listed. Finally, My shop sections are still all empty.
I want this fixed NOW.

Artmakers, I've contacted support 4 freaking times. I have gotten NO SUPPORT other than to have the vulgar negative feedback removed. However, my percentage still shows 84% and the number of negatives still shows 102.
This is FUCKED UP. I am sorry but I am out of patience.

You're right, when I went back to the thread your talking about and closed it, I forgot that the issue you were having was with your feedback percentages and assumed since the feedback itself was gone Support had gotten to it.
It sounds like this might be a technical glitch. While you can certainly still e-mail Support, I will also make sure our Engineers know about this.

electricbluebird Go take a breath. You have etsy's attention now. I'm sure they will fix this.
Some sites dont' have any support. I've been going in circles with yahoo for two weeks now over some stupid pop up that will not go away. Circle after endless circle.
I know it can be frustrating. Etsy is not near as bad as some. Give um a break. They will fix it.
(BTW you have some wonderful hats in your shop.)

Etsy's performance relative to other companies is completely irrelevant.
This is completely unacceptable and electribluebird has every right to be furious.
