All of your items should be listed in the "vintage" category. This will help buyers find you. At the moment you have them listed in the handmade categories.

Your 'no refunds or exchanges' policy will turn off a lot of buyers.

I noticed you offer free shipping on a lot of stuff - perhaps include that in the title to entice buyers. Also, it's really hard to tell what each item is in your photos, especially in the smaller thumbnails. Cleaner, brighter backgrounds would help each item stand out more and might make potential buyers more likely to click on the listing.

I would suggest you search Etsy for lamps and vintage purses and see how they are photographed and listed

Make sure you use correct tags and have items that are truly vintage (more than 20 years old) to offer. Otherwise, people have trouble finding you.

Hi I hope you take this in the spirit it is given -- only to help.
But your banner makes me dizzy -- it looks blurred to my old eyes.
You have gorgeous items -- & the pictures are fine -- use all the 14 tags -
Here is a great site to help you!

I agree with grandmasjewelry... the banner makes me dizzy. Your items look wonderful, but a little high end if you are trying to attract buyers to a new shop. I would be very hesitant to spend thousands or even hundreds of dollars on an item if I didn't know that sellers reputation. Perhaps trying out some low priced items til you get your "foot in the door". I don't think many people would hesitate to spend $20 or even $50 on an item they really wanted, in a new shop. Just a thought.

I got my first few sales from family and friends and made sure that they knew how to leave feedback. I think that helped get me started.
