When and how do I leave feedback?
Feedback is a record of a member's transaction on Etsy. Both the buyer and shop owner have the ability to leave feedback.
You have 120 days to leave feedback for each transaction, after which the ability to leave feedback will expire. Leaving feedback is optional.
All purchases on Etsy are private. When leaving feedback for a seller, your username will not appear publicly nor will the feedback messages you’ve received. Only your overall feedback rating is visible.
Shop owners cannot make their sold order history or customer feedback private.
Step 1: From Your Account , click Feedback

To leave feedback, sign into your account and go to Your Account > Feedback. Here you can view your completed feedback, items awaiting feedback, and Appreciation Photos.
Select the Items Awaiting Feedback tab.
Note: if you have many items awaiting feedback, there is a batch feedback tool. This allows you to submit feedback and comments for a whole page of items at one time.
Step 2: Rate and Comment on the transaction

Rate the transaction as positive, negative, or neutral by clicking the button next to the rating. You may leave an optional comment related to the transaction. Feedback directly affects a member's reputation, so we ask that you take it seriously.
If you are considering leaving neutral or negative feedback, please first try to resolve the issue by communicating with the other member. Many situations can be resolved before leaving feedback so that both parties are satisfied with the transaction!
Step 3: Add a photo

You may add an optional Appreciation Photo to your feedback entry but it is not required to submit your feedback rating. This can just be a fun way to thank the buyer or shop owner!
To add an image, use the Browse button and select an image file on your computer. Images may be in .gif, .jpg, or .png format and should be under 500kb in file size.
Step 4: Submit your feedback

Review your feedback entry carefully and click Submit. Keep in mind that most feedback cannot be edited or removed later, so be sure it's accurate. Learn more about Etsy's policies for Feedback.
You can view all the feedback you've left or received by clicking the Completed Feedback tab on this page. To view a seller's feedback, go to their shop home page and click the Feedback link.
The feedback score is the cumulative total of all positives (+1) and negatives (-1) received. Neutral feedback does not affect a member's feedback score as it's neither positive nor negative.
