Can kids have Etsy shops?

Individuals under the age of 18 can only sell on Etsy within a shop that their parent or legal guardian manages. This is considered a collective. 

Additionally, those under the age of 18 may not use Etsy's community spaces unless otherwise specified.

This restriction is for legal reasons, not because we think kids or teens are any less creative or capable.
