How do I create and add a banner to my shop?

You have the option to display a banner graphic at the top of your shop. A banner gives viewers a good idea of what they’ll find in your shop. You can also combine words and images on your banner.

First, to display correctly, your banner will need to be exactly 760 pixels by 100 pixels in size.

Make sure you save your banner image as .jpg, .png, or .gif file format.

To do this, you may need an image-editing program (for example: Adobe^® Photoshop^® or GIMP). There are also free online photo-editing services that many sellers like to use, such as Aviary and Photoshop Express Online.

Then, to upload your banner, go to Your Shop > Info & Appearance. Click the Browse button to locate the file on your computer. Be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Your new banner will show up in your shop momentarily!

If your shop isn't open yet, go to Your Shop > Preview and click Add shop banner. Learn more about setting up your shop.
