Shipping Profiles are a way to save a specific set of shipping information, which you can then quickly apply to any item listing during the listing or editing process. Shipping Profiles work well if you have similar items that ship for the same costs. Determine your shipping costs for an item of a specific size, weight and shipping method, then create a Shipping Profile you can quickly add to your new listings for such items. It is optional to use Shipping Profiles.
To add or edit a Shipping Profile, go to Your Shop > Shipping & Payment > Shipping Profiles. Shipping & Payment can be found on the left hand navigation after clicking Your Shop.

Click the link to Create a New Profile. Give your Shipping Profile a meaningful name, so that later when you add it to your listings, you will remember to which shipping costs it relates.
Choose the country from which you are shipping the item. Then, choose a country where you wish to ship the item. Enter the cost to ship the item alone ("primary shipping cost") and the add-on amount to ship it with another item ("secondary shipping cost" – this is usually less than the primary shipping cost). Learn more about Combined Shipping.
You may add as many different countries to ship to as you would like, with different shipping costs for each. If you would like to ship worldwide at one rate, use the Everywhere Else option.
When you've created your Shipping Profiles, you can apply them when listing a new item or apply them to your existing listings using the batch shipping tool. If you edit a Shipping Profile, you will need to re-apply it to your item listings; shipping does not dynamically update on your listings.
You can access the batch shipping tool from the "Apply Shipping Profiles to multiple listings" link on the Shipping Profiles page (under Your Shop > Shipping & Payment), or by going to Your Shop > Shipping. On this page, choose a Shipping Profile from the dropdown menu for each listing, then click Save Changes.
