This quilt is so beautiful, it looks as if it could be truly a vintage quilt that was found in your grandma's summer beach home, but I just finished it. It would be perfect for a toddler bed, a lap throw laying across the couch or your favorite chair. The fabrics used for the sail boats are men'dress shirts in Americana colors set against Kona Cotton in neutral. The backing is reclaimed sheet in a dark read and white pinstripe. The binding is a 100% cotton reclaimed sheet in chambray and is very soft. This quilt has been gently machine quilted with a meandering pattern throughout. The binding has been machine sewn to the front of the quilt and lovingly hand sewn to the back.The quilt measures 62" long x 45" wide. It has been washed once to give it that beautiful puffy vintage look. It is super soft and cuddly, and a nice summer evening weight. It's a dreamy feast for the eyes.

Just the right size for cuddling up in your favorite chair, sharing with your little one while reading a book or taking a nap. It's the perfect gift for just about anyone. The batting is a light weight poly.

*Washing instructions: wash on gentle cycle using gentle detergent, line or tumble dry on low heat.
