***WHAT YOU NEED***
paper or card stock
2" circle or scalloped circle punch
scissors
hole punch
double sided tape or glue
skewers
lollipop sticks
***WHAT YOU DO***
Print the file onto white paper or card stock.
Cut out each item and assemble.
Decorate!
File will be emailed within 3 days of payment.
