He is made from a brand newLEGO® Series 7 Collectible Minifig and is quite dashing in his tam and kilt. His bagpipe is unbelievably cool!

He comes with his bagpipe chained to his hand ready to break out in a traditional ballad. He is attached to a stainless steel chain with gorgeous complementing green and silver jump rings.
