The glossy surface enhances the beautiful cream-white clay color, and the only accent is the red scallop pattern that underlines the rim inside out. It is a functional but elegant vessel, that can be used in the kitchen as well as on your table to serve your fruit.
This piece is fired in the kiln twice, it is durable, food, microwave, and dishwasher safe, although I recommend hand washing and seldom microwave use for all my ceramics, to keep them as beautiful as the day you receive them.
