Each unit is hand cast in lightweight resin and reinforced with internal brass supports. Once cast, the prop is cleaned, then painted and aged to resemble the look of the original.
The badge can be attached to clothing via magnets (How do they work!?). One is embedded into the cast, and another comes along with it to secure it from the back. This allows you to wear it without puncturing your leather jacket with pin holes, and alternately use it as the most awesome fridge magnet ever!
