Very nice 1930 Converse Dollhouse. The roof may have been painted long ago in a green color covering the original stenciling but I am not positive of that as I don't see any indication of stenciling. All Converse dollhouses that I have researched do have stenciling - however it is still a very nice and collectible dollhouse.
Age appropriate wear but all in all excellent condition- nothing broken or missing.
Interior has hardly any wear.
