Gay and Gifty Crochet Ideas: this 15 page softcover includes patterns for handkerchief, doilies, a carnation, dolls' clothes, nut cup and saucer, flower corsages, tea cozy, hot plate mat and covers, a corn pot holder, terry cloth laundry bag, hosiery hanger and plant holder. I inherited my Grandma's handmade laundry bag that looks just like this one, so I'm sure she must've owned this book.
Crochet Money-Makers for Your Bazaar: included in this 11 page book are such patterns as brother and sister dolls, sewing susan, apron, slippers, Johnny-on-the-spot, handkerchiefs, washcloths, toilet tank cover, shoe tree mitts, towel set, and doilies.
Both booklets were published by the Spool Cotton Company, (c) 1951. They show some wear but all pages are intact. Check out my other how to booklets on sale. I have more to list in the future too!
