A beautiful gold fill monogrammed locket from the 1920s. The locket is oval with a warm 10K GF patina. The engraving on this locket is some of the nicest I've seen. One face has the initials "REK" etched in a precise, flowing hand. The other face has the letter "R" framed in a rectangle with foliate accents and border stitching. The locket hinges from the side to two photo compartments, both with the original picture rings. There is a photograph of a little boy in the locket currently. Hinge and clasp works perfectly. The simple loop bail is elegant. I've added a 14K GF chain. Some tarnish but overall condition is perfect.
