With every grace and talent blest,]
No science was to him unknown,
For all the arts were all his own:
In all the living learned read,
Though more delighted with the dead:

Cherry red Harris tweed is adorned by a huge red and black pheasant feather to create a striking autumnal pillbox hat.
Old school all the way, all my hats are made from scratch using heavy buckram & wire construction the same way that your Great Grandmas hats were made meaning they are tough enough to last a lifetime and become a family heirloom all of your own.
The frames are then covered in certified Harris Tweed and lined in recycled Kimono silk which I buy locally from the lovely ladies on Shibata Main Street.
This hat measures 12cm in diameter and is secured to the head with easy to hide hat elastic.
