It is made to sit in a special holder, of which I don't have.
It is in good condition with a little discoloration around the spout and some cloudy scaling on the inside that will probably come clean with the right cleaner. There are natural bubbles in the glass. There are no chips or cracks.
It measures 10 1/2" tall and 5" at the widest point.
This bottle would be fun to hang on a fence or in a window with flowers in it!
