Processing time is 5-10 business days after payment received. Business days are Monday - Friday (except holidays).
Shipping time varies depending on how many orders are ahead of you. In general most orders ship within a few business days to a week at busier times (Christmas, Mother & Fathers Day) it can take longer. I always ship as quickly as I can please keep in mind your item is custom and I do have other customers orders ahead of you. Also keep in mind the Postal Service needs time to deliver I cannot control the delivery time once it's out of my hands it's in theirs.
