I wrapped a smooth piece of cobalt blue seaglass in sterling silver wire. I attached it to a bracelet made of white freshwater pearls strung on stretchy cord.
The seaglass centerpiece is 2" long. This seaglass bracelet is abut 8" long un-stretched. It is a good fit for someone with a medium to large wrist. In the photos, you can see that it is loose on my small wrist.
Seaglass is natures way of recycling broken glass that people tossed into sea. After years of tumbling around in the sand and waves, it washes back up on shore with it's edges made smooth and its surfaces frosted over. I collect these shards that were shattered and made smooth and turn them into unique, eco-friendly pieces of jewelry.
I found this piece of sealass on a Boston beach.
