Shoulder to waist: 17 inches
waist to hem: 27 inches
Hips: 40 to 42 max to keep pleats looking good
No fading but it has been in storage and although it doesn't have body odor it does need a dry cleaning to freshen up.
There are 4 tiny holes scattered on the dress that could and should be mended.
