This is a rare adorable little leg brace. I'm unsure of the date but I would say it's around 1880s judging from the metal and leather. The hinge at the ankle & knee are old and rusty and do not move, as I'm sure it did at one time. This piece would look cool hung on a wall or placed on a shelf. A beautiful yet sad piece of history.

Found in abandoned log home before it was torn down.
