I've always been a huge fan of string art, and I love how it's making a come back. Here is the silhouette of a bird, done in a beautiful deep purple string, off center on a 1/2" thick tablet of wood that has been washed in a Cozumel Teal. There is a pre-drilled hole on the back for easy hanging.
