Who lives in this pretty little village? It must be fairies! There are gardens to play in and trees to sit under. Even some rocks to climb. This little village sits in an antique teacup with a pretty rose on the front and a rosebud on the back. I found this lovely old cup in an antique store and knew it would be perfect for the fairy village I had been dreaming of. It will make you smile every time you see it. I certainly want to move in!

I have needle felted the tiny mushrooms, houses, and flowers out of wool roving and added bits of natural elements that I have found on my walks. The cup ensemble is 4 inches wide, not counting the handle, by 3 3/4 inches tall. Since the cup is an antique, it comes with the patina of time. There is small crack in the side of the cup but it is simply cosmetic. I think it adds to the charm :)
