This sheet of 24 edible illuminated initials from Medieval manuscripts will turn your cookies into masterpieces. These wafer papers are 1.5" x 1.5" each, alphabet letters A-X. (If you are dying to have Y and Z as well, drop me a note and I'll make a custom order for you).
Wafer paper images are placed onto cookies, which have been iced with Royal Icing, or covered with fondant; they can also be used on fondant-cupcakes, chocolates (white), or candies. The edible images are "glued" on with a dab of corn syrup. Each set will come with step-by-step instructions.
Wafer paper is made from potato starch and is tasteless and odorless. It looks like paper, but melts when it comes in contact with moisture (or your mouth). It is also kosher.
When stored away from light and moisture, wafer paper will keep for months, in case you cannot decorate your cookies when you expected to.

These cookies will make everyone who sees them ask, "How did you make these!?"
Please note: the listing is for the wafer papers only, not for the finished cookies.

U.S. shipping via Priority Mail, which means 2-3 business days depending on your distance from Texas. International orders (including Canada) ship First Class and take 10-14 days. The US Post Office just raised their international postage prices by 25%, and the shipping prices are now very high; I do not make any money off the shipping.
