Turn of the Century Ladies Red Shoes Louis Heel Museum collection excellent condition
From Bellasoiree
Another rare hard to find color antique ladies shoes. These are turn of the century and would have been worn by a socialite. Red was a very bold color in that era and few can be found which is why these were in a museum. Great shape and barely worn as you can see by the bottom soles. Louis style heel and pointed toe. Various leather work on the shoe itself. Very consistent in color and a wonderful addition for any antique shoe collector. Feel free to inquire more details if you are seriously considering. They measure 9" from the inner toe to the back heel. They measure 9 1/4" from the toe to the heel on the outside of the shoe. The width is 2 1/2" at the widest part of the sole and about 1 3/4" across on the inner part of the arch of the foot. I think you have to have a pretty narrow foot to actually wear these.
