“A dead hydrangea is as intricate and lovely as one in bloom. Bleak sky is as seductive as sunshine, miniature orange trees without blossom or fruit are not defective; they are that.”
― Toni Morrison
These beautiful dried hydrangea blooms are from my garden. I pressed and dried them and then soldered them between two pieces of glass which I designed to resemble a page torn from a notebook. The illustration is from one of my vintage dictionaries, all original- no copies :)
This stained glass pendant measures 1" x 2" and hangs from a 22 inch ball chain.
