TWELVE little round cut Natural Sapphires, 1.5mm each in assorted colors surround a single gorgeous Rose-Cut Natural CLEAR White Sapphire that sparkles like a DIAMOND! All Sapphires in this ring are 100% NATURAL, not lab created or dyed. The center gemstone has been Rose Cut, which is a faceted triangle pattern, very unique! I've set these beauties into the MOST WONDERFUL 925 Sterling Silver setting that has diamond cut-out patterns down the sides, which reflect the pattern of the center Sapphire. With all the diamond and triangle shapes featured in this ring, naturally I had to name it Harlequin. =D

Ring is SIZE 7.25 (This ring CAN be re-sized for a $20 service fee. Please use this link to add fee to your purchase, thank you )

Size: 6x5mm
Weight: .65 Carat

*All gem quality corundum that is not red (ruby) is called sapphire, although the name is commonly associated with the color blue. There are but trace amounts of minerals which separate this crystal into different gemstones. Corundum is an aluminum oxide crystal that became included with a variety of minerals to produce a rainbow of colors. Chromium will turn the crystal red, classifying it as a Ruby. The treasured blues come from Titanium and Iron, Iron alone produces yellows, often times referred to as Oriental Topaz. Titanium and Iron combinations can also result in greens, while all three elements create a purple crystal believe it or not. A rare and popular Padparadscha (lotus-color) Sapphire gets is pinkish orange hues from a mixture of Chromium and Iron. A white Sapphire is perfectly clear with no inclusions what so ever. Sapphire is the second hardest crystal that Mother Earth has given us. Second only to the Diamond.
Since Sapphire symbolizes sincerity and faithfulness, it is an excellent choice for an engagement ring. When Prince Charles chose a sapphire engagement ring for Princess Diana, couples all over the world were inspired to revive this venerable tradition.
Sapphire is also the birthstone for September, the month when the most babies are born.
