[ 1 ] CUSTOMER ORDER FORM & DEPOSIT
In order for our design team to start the customization process for your order, please send us a message with the following information. We will then send you our online order form for you to fill out and submit with your wording and details. We require a minimum deposit of 50% before we begin your design and we will send you a custom link for your order to make this payment.
- Your Wedding Date
- Quantity of Invitation Sets and/or Quantity of Matching Wedding Day Stationery
- Card Stock To Include For Your Sets
- Additional Pieces- Guest and Return Address Printing, Additional Enclosures, Envelope Liners, etc.
[ 2 ] DESIGN PROCESS
Once we have received your completed order form and your deposit, you will receive your first PDF proof via email within 4-5 business days (M-F). Three complimentary digital proofs are included with your order. You will receive each of these digital proofs within 4-5 business days (M-F) of your feedback submissions.
[ 3 ] FINAL DESIGN APPROVAL
After you have given your final approval on your design, we will send you a custom listing link for the remaining balance of your order. Once we receive your final payment, your order will go into printing and production.
[ 4 ] PRINTING PROCESS & ASSEMBLY
Our wedding invitation suite printing and assembly process takes 3-4 weeks beginning on the following business day after your final payment has been received.
[ 5 ] SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped upon completion of the printing process via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days in the US.
