This is a great ‘starter’ project for quilt making.
Made from pre-cut 10” squares called a Layer Cake, you can go full size, or reduce the number of rows and make it smaller. Alternatively, you could use up scraps & have lots of fun with colour placement & design!
Some Layer Cakes vary in the number of squares they contain. Please make sure your layer cake has 42 squares to make the full size quilt.
This pattern will teach you how to accurately sew squares together, butting the seams, quilt construction, simple quilting and making and attaching binding. There are full colour photos to guide you through each step of the way.
With this pattern you will also receive the complimentary patterns 'How to Spray baste a quilt' & 'Making and Attaching Binding'.
