The front cover of this one-of-a-kind journal is created from an original "Footloose" cassette tape. This album includes the the songs "Footloose" by Kenny Loggins, "Let's Hear It for the Boy" by Deniece Williams and "Almost Paradise" by Ann Wilson and Mike Reno. The back cover is created from the cassette insert for the album, adhered to a sturdy acid free book binder's board. Any wear on the covers is from the original use of the cassette tape and insert.

The book is filled with 240 pages (120 leaves) of mixed recycled pages, including a variety of ruled pages and pages from discarded library books.

The finished size is 4" x 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" (10 x 6.3 x 3.6 cm). This book is hand bound with magenta waxed linen thread using a traditional coptic stitch. The coptic stitch allows the pages to open up completely flat, which is great for writing or sketching.

The size of this book makes it a great companion for day-to-day; just carry it along in your bag or purse.
