This was another creative week for me...love this artistic wave I'm riding...this hat inspired by last weekend's memorial day celebration and the thought of bountiful picnics!!! I created a crown out of woven natural straw that is inspired by a roaring 20's flapper girl skull cap style, which has no brim. I wrapped the edge of the crown with a gingham ruffled trim, which I centered with red satin ribbon and trailed the ruffled gingham up the side of the side behind the red floral detail on the side. I placed some small green velvet leaves onto the budded greenery and added some charming vined grapes to the bouquet. This hat is quite unique and beautiful...definitely one-of-a-kind!!! Hat can fit any head up to 23"
