Dates to the 1970s or possibly the 1980s. Whiting and Davis manufactured purses in America for most of the 20th Century (still in business with production in China) and the style didn't change very rapidly so I find exact dating a difficult task. You'll find American made quality and classic flapper design both evident in this evening bag

Condition
Very Good to Excellent condition rating a 9 out of 10. Very slight wear to the silver toned plating on the mesh of one side of the purse. Very slight soiling to the edge of the lining. I noticed the loose stitching on the lining visible in the photos after these pictures were taken and it has since been repaired.
