This tutu is inspired by the American flag. Half of the tutu is royal blue with handcut white felt stars, and the other half features 13 red and white stripes. Tutu is made with over 50 yards of premium tulle, making it very full and fluffy.
The matching headband features three singed glitter organza flowers in red, white and blue. Each flower is cut, singed and sewn completely by hand. The flowers are finished with seed bead centers and attached to a white elastic headband with a soft felt backing.
