This is a made to order skirt, in "note to seller" please put your smallest waist measurement and pant size. Allow 2-3 weeks for me to make before I ship (all fabric is custom ordered and needs time to get to me).
Skirt is 100% Cotton Sateen, and 18" long from top of waistband to hem (can be shortened)
**Due to printing process, hand wash with cold water. Do not machine wash to avoid fading.
