This came from a scrap piece that almost ended up as firewood but on closer inspection the twist in the piece, the knots and tease of potential led to this neat candelabra or centerpiece. The grains range from blonde to golden brown with just a hint of olive green shades, black streaks and rose tints running through out . Typical of many of our finds it had been through a forest fire years and years ago and had undergone the weathering of Mother Nature.
It has been finished with tung oil and the glass votive candle is included.
Dimension: 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 high
The first 4 photos are different views of the candelabra. The last one shows some of the places we will hike to and even use a hand saw to bring back a piece of dead seasoned wood from the forest. Even if we don't bring anything back we always enjoy looking and "the hunt".
