AND notes (4 pages) from Mr. Holloway offering words of wisdom. One quote is "Sold Signs are No Accident'.
In my research I found that "Jack Holloway, Realtor" was founded in 1959. In 1986 Jack's son, Brian, took over the business changing the name to "Holloway Land Company" expanding the business. I contacted Mr. Brian Holloway and he was kind enough to supply me with the artist's name and a few sentiments about Mr. Strader. I'll include that email copy if you'd like it. I believe Mr. Strader also illustrated a Poem book by Eunice Browning and a local Sacramento pamphlet titled "Again It's Westward to Sacramento. The Land of Romance and Recreation" from 1939.
Condition is very good. The illustrations are well preserved. Not much yellowing, smears, or creases. Please keep in mind this is authentic vintage. I do my best to list all flaws and issues.
