This pendant is created using the mold of one of the vintage buttons I collect. It is created using recycled silver clay, and fired in my kiln to become a solid piece of metal. The pendant measures 3/4" wide and tall, and has an antique patina on it to bring out the deeper areas. I like to think of who might have worn these original buttons...who they were, where did they go, and what other stories might they tell. Making molds of the antique buttons that I collect is my way of preserving our heritage, and keeping a part of history alive!
As this is a custom listing, it will be created for you once purchased. A small word or initials can be carved into the back to make it unique just for you! As this is a handmade piece, slight variations may occur from the one shown in the photograph. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the completion of your pendant.

This pendant will come in a natural tone box sealed with a burgundy wax seal, ready to give as a gift (or give as a gift to yourself).
