It comes with a onesie/shirt that has "sweet to be" and your child's birthday number and a big lollipop. The triple layer tutu is made with yards and yards of gorgeous colorful tulle and comes on an elastic waist. It is topped with a dark pink bow that can be worn on the front, back, or side of the tutu.
