This is our medium sized chicken coop, with 20 square feet of floor space. We take custom orders for our chicken coops. This coop pictured is an example and features a material upgrade of live edge cedar roofing (over the less expensive asphalt shingles). Please message us to build one to your size and color/material specifications. We also build hobbit hole chicken coops that are 10 square feet and 30 square feet.
All our hobbit hole chicken coops feature:
-a removable linoleum floor insert and a removable litter board at the base of the rear door for EASY cleaning!
-round front door and round windows;
-a vented roof ridge and front and rear windows that open for ventilation;
-adequate perch space;
-exterior nest boxes for easy egg retrieval;
The price listed is for an unpainted coop with no upgrades. Options for upgrading your coop include custom painting, adding a wheel kit, live edge cedar roofing, floor insulation, and cedar floor framing.
Price does not include delivery or shipping. The shipping price below is for the continental US only and the customer must be present at the time of delivery and be prepared for unloading a large heavy crate: 102" L x 72" W x 60" H weighing approximately 600lbs.
