These approximately square cabs have 13 mm sides (1/2") and are 1/4" thick (6 mm).
I fused these pieces in my kiln from three layers of art glass, one that had the dichroic coating on it and the bottom layer is a blue aventurine art glass (sparkly). The resulting crude cabs were then shaped by hand with multiple diamond bits on a grinder, and finally fire-polished to regenerate the clear sides. They have been properly annealed for strength and durability.
As always, you will receive the actual cabs pictured. If you want them as shown, the cabs will be securely packed and mailed the following business day after purchase. If you want me to grind a groove around the pieces to perimeter wire-wrap the cabs, simply request this at checkout (I will grind the grooves for you for no extra charge but this may add a day to the ship time). If you wish gold- or silver-plated bails glued to the cabs instead, I will also do this for no extra charge, but this will add two days to the ship time (the adhesive requires a minimum of 24 hours to properly cure).
If you would like me to turn these cabs into finished earrings, please convo me to discuss what you would like. You can see examples of my jewelry in my Etsy jewelry shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ClassyJewelryShop
