CUSTOM ORDERS: I would love to create a custom order for you! Let me know if there is different specific size or color you would like and I can provide you a price quote. I promise to be as prompt as possible in answering your questions. Special order fabrics can take up to two weeks for delivery.
SIZING: All pillow covers are made at an actual dimension slightly smaller than the pillow insert size for a professional fit. Depending on the pillow insert size, this will range from one to two inches. If you are not sure what size cover you need, remove and measure your existing cover, not the pillow itself or send me a message and I would be happy to help.
TIME FRAME: I aim to ship your order with-in 3-5 business days. Special exceptions will be listed in my home page shop announcements. If you have a specific timeline request please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate it.
CARE: I strictly suggest dry cleaning for most home decor fabrics. Covers should be ironed inside-out to assure no damage or stain to fabric. I do not pre-wash any of my fabrics. Buyer is responsible for normal wear and tear.
CONSTRUCTION: All covers are over-locked to prevent fraying and increase durability. Some covers may have tapered corners for a professional fit. Zippered covers will be concealed by a folded flap on the bottom of the pillow. Pattern placement may vary from the listing photograph but will always be centered in one direction unless otherwise specified.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. Please know that making and fulfilling each order by hand on my own takes a very large amount of time and resources that can’t be recouped. I am happy to send out free small samples if you are unsure of how a color or pattern will work for you. Please send me a message including up to three fabric requests and your mailing information. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for exchanges only within 5 business days from delivery date. Items sent back with no prior correspondence will not be refunded.
